Hello, my name is Cindy Lape. Being a Realtor® is my full-time profession. A profession I enjoy very much. My strong working knowledge of the real estate market coupled with the backing of a well respected organization are two of the key components I bring to you as your Realtor®.  I am a member of the Lancaster Multiple Listing Service, the Columbus Multiple Listing Service, the Lancaster Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and a Board Member of Lancaster Performing Arts Consortium. Elected by my peers, I have served the Lancaster Board of Realtors as Vice President (2006 & 2017), President Elect (2007 & 2018), President (2008 & 2019), Past President and Director (2009 & 2020), (2010-2012 & 2015-2016) as Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee, and 2022 as member of the Grievance Committee.

 My professional sales efforts have been recognized by the Lancaster Board of Realtors as a recipient of the prestigious Double Diamond Award (2013-2017 & 2020-2021), Diamond Award (2009-2012 & 2018-2019), four Platinum Awards, and one Gold Sales Award in the past twenty years. During the same twenty years I received the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Award of Achievement. These awards resulted from the successful closing of hundreds of transactions, involving tens of millions of dollars in total real estate sales for my residential and commercial clients.
